Annamaria Arpaia, ESQ.
Annamaria Arpaia is originally from New York City and is a graduate of the New York University (B.A. 1990) where she received two distinguished leadership recognition awards. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1995 from the City University of New York School of Law. Ms. Arpaia also holds a Masters of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Financial and Tax Planning from San Diego State University (M.S.B.A. 1998). During law school, Ms. Arpaia clerked for the Honorable Judge Collazo, a New York Supreme Court Justice, where she helped author numerous court opinions.
Prior to forming Arpaia & Crivelli, L.L.C. Ms. Arpaia was in private practice in Mercer County, New Jersey. Ms. Arpaia focuses her practice on estate planning, real estate, workers’ compensation, and pension disability matters. Ms. Arpaia is also the managing partner of the firm and is responsible for the firm’s management, marketing and public relations. Ms. Arpaia is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the American, New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.

ATTORNEY
Frank M. Crivelli’s experience and expertise encompass
the handling of diverse civil litigation matters in
such areas as personal injury, wrongful death, contract,
commercial, labor, corporate and insurance coverage
disputes, insurance fraud defense and civil rights actions
before the State and Federal Courts. His primary practice
is representing plaintiffs, corporations, insurance
carriers and labor unions in various employment and
work related disputes to include sexual harassment,
workers compensation, wrongful termination, discrimination,
whistle blower cases, unfair labor practice litigation,
and violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination
and Americans with Disabilities Acts. Mr. Crivelli routinely
appears in state and federal courts, the New Jersey
Office of Administrative Law and the New Jersey Public
Employee Relations Commission on behalf of his clients.
Frank M. Crivelli has attained certification as a Civil
Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of
New Jersey. To qualify for certification, an attorney
must be at least a five-year member of the NJ Bar, and
have completed numerous continuing legal education courses
in the three years prior to filing an application for
certification. In addition, the attorney must show a
substantial involvement in the preparation of litigated
matters, and demonstrate primary responsibility for
a large number of trials completed before New Jersey’s
courts. Less than two percent of the attorneys in New
Jersey have been certified as Trial attorneys by the
Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Prior to forming The Law Offices of Frank M. Crivelli,
LLC, Mr. Crivelli was a partner with Kalavruzos, Mumola,
Hartman & Crivelli LLC, and served in the United
States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate stationed at
Camp Pendleton, California. As a Judge Advocate, Mr.
Crivelli was selected as the lead military defense counsel
in a nationally publicized wrongful death case that
has since shaped United States domestic policy on the
use of military personnel on America's international
borders for drug interdiction purposes. While serving
on active duty, Mr. Crivelli was also charged with the
responsibility of assisting the development and implementation
of the Department of Defense and Department of the Navy's
policy on sexual harassment. Mr. Crivelli educated Marines,
Sailors and Department of Defense Personnel on the implementation
of the policy, and was often called upon to formally
investigate serious charges of sexual harassment and
defend high-ranking Marines criminally charged with
unlawful acts of sexual harassment. Mr. Crivelli is
still active in the Marine Corps Reserve where he holds
the rank of Major. His last billet was serving as an
appellate criminal defense counsel in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Crivelli is admitted to practice law in the Federal
and State Courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Georgia,
as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the
Armed Forces. He is a member of the American, New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, Georgia and Mercer County Bar Associations,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Mercer
County American Inn of Court. Mr. Crivelli presently
serves as counsel for the Hamilton Township Zoning Board
of Adjustment, the New Jersey Law Enforcement Supervisors
Association, Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #200 and
New Jersey Policeman’s Benevolent Association,
Lodge #105.
Mr. Crivelli is a graduate of Washington College (B.A.
1991), the City University of New York School of Law
(J.D. 1994), and the United States Naval Justice School
(1995).
JUSTIN R. CALLOW, ESQ
Justin R. Callow is a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania and a received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. Upon graduating from the University of Delaware, Mr. Callow attended
Quinnipiac University School of Law, in Bristol, Connecticut where he received
his Juris Doctorate degree.
During law school, Mr. Callow was a member of several law societies, including the Family Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. In his third year of law school, Mr. Callow received certification in negotiation and mediation. The certification is given to those students who participated in extensive out-of-classroom mediations and internships, as well as additional in-class lectures. During this time, Mr. Callow interned with the New Haven Superior Court's Family Mediation Department, where he assisted in mediating family disputes, including dissolution of marriage, child visitation and custody evaluations.
Mr. Callow began his legal career as an attorney with Dechert, LLP, where he assisted on a major pharmaceutical litigation defense. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Callow was an associate attorney with Strich Law Firm, P.C., where his practice concentrated in the area of family law. He handled all issues pertaining to divorce and child custody, including alimony and child support, as well as post-judgment relief. Mr. Callow has extensive experience in drafting pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements.
Mr. Callow joined the Law Offices of Frank M. Crivelli, L.L.C. in March of 2007 where he continues to focus his practice on matrimonial law, commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation and workers compensation
Mr. Callow is admitted to practice law in all New Jersey state courts, administrative tribunals, and the Federal District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Mercer County Bar Associations. He is also active with the Young Lawyers Association, as well as being a member of Business Network International, an organization dedicated to improving and expanding business practices in the state of New Jersey.
CHARLES J. MOORE, ESQ
Charles J. Moore is originally from St. Louis, Missouri
and is a graduate of the University of Missouri (B.A. 1998)
and California Western School of Law (J.D. 2004).
During law school, Mr. Moore clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Diego and Brewer & Carlson,
a prominent securities litigation and arbitration firm in
La Jolla, California.
Before attending law school, Mr. Moore was involved in the
marketing and legal representation of professional athletes
from the NFL and NBA, working at sports agencies in St. Louis
and Chicago.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Frank M. Crivelli,
L.L.C. in July 2007, Mr. Moore was in private practice in
Southern California, where he focused his practice on business
litigation, estate planning and real estate matters. At the
Law Offices of Frank M. Crivelli, L.L.C., Mr. Moore will
focus his practice on business and corporate litigation,
commercial transactions, workers compensation and real estate
matters. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice law in New Jersey
and California. He is a member of the American Bar and Mercer
County Bar Associations, and is also an active member of
the New Jersey Young Professionals, an organization which
encourages the development and growth of business relationships
across professional fields of work.
